Valdovinos Construction & Remodeling (VCR) collects information you choose to send through our contact or estimate form.
We use submitted information only to respond to inquiries, discuss requested construction or remodeling services, prepare for follow-up, and protect the site from spam or abuse. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Website form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, before being delivered to VCR by email. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for up to 30 days. Email received by VCR may be kept as long as reasonably needed to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
If VCR prepares an estimate, invoice, or project record for you, we may keep the information reasonably needed for that business record, such as your name, contact information, project address, project details, amounts, payment status, electronic signature drawings and signing timestamps when used, and related documents. These records are kept in a restricted administrative system and may be retained as needed for accounting, tax, warranty, dispute, or other legal and business-record purposes.
To protect against accidental deletion, administrative invoices, estimates, project-history entries, expenses, and website photos may remain in a restricted recovery area for up to 30 days after an administrator deletes them. During that period they are removed from normal administrative views and, for website photos, removed from public display. After the recovery period, hosted files and records are permanently deleted when technically applicable; built-in deployment images remain permanently blocked from public access unless restored during the recovery window.
VCR may store and publish project photos when it has a legitimate business reason and permission to do so. Photos uploaded through the administrative system are converted before publication to reduce size and remove common embedded metadata such as GPS/device information. We still ask staff not to publish visible addresses, documents, license plates, or recognizable people unless appropriate permission has been obtained. If you believe a photo of your property or personal information should be removed, contact us and identify the image.
The site stores your English/Spanish preference in your browser using local storage. We also use a first-party random visitor identifier to count aggregate site visits for our private business dashboard. This identifier is not used for advertising, is not shared with advertising networks, and our analytics database does not store your IP address. Our hosting provider may still process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of request for security and delivery of the site.
We do not use cross-site behavioral advertising. Our first-party visit counter honors common browser privacy signals such as Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control by skipping the analytics count when those signals are present. Service providers involved in hosting, storage, security, email/form delivery, or site operation may process limited information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to this small-business site, including HTTPS in production, restricted administrative access, password hashing, session controls, private storage for business records, and security headers. No Internet system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit highly sensitive information through the public contact form.

This website is intended for general construction customers and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the website or our data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
