This website provides general information about Valdovinos Construction & Remodeling (VCR) and examples of services. Website content is not a construction contract, professional design document, permit approval, warranty, or binding estimate.
Submitting an estimate request does not create a contractor-client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Pricing, scope, schedule, materials, permits, and other project terms are established separately and, when required, in a written agreement.
VCR advertises California contractor license CSLB #1140903. Services are offered only when permitted by the company’s active license classification and applicable law. Customers should verify current license information with the California Contractors State License Board before hiring.
Project photos and descriptions are provided only to illustrate types of work. Individual projects vary, and a past result does not guarantee an identical result for another property. VCR should publish project imagery only when it has permission or another lawful basis to do so. If you believe an image should be removed, contact us. Site photos may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission.
Electronic estimates, invoices, signatures, and business records created through VCR’s administrative system are for business-record and transaction purposes. They do not by themselves replace any California home-improvement contract, statutory notice, change order, permit, or other document that applicable law requires.
Nothing on this website is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived, limit warranties or remedies imposed by law, or alter the terms of a separately signed agreement.
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every description will always be current. If information on the site conflicts with a signed written agreement, the signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
